What do businesses look for in a subscription management software?
The need for subscription management & recurring billing tools is growing rapidly as companies seek to create repeatable, reliable ARR revenue streams with their customer relationships across B2B, B2B2C, and B2C platforms.
To understand the current and future trends in subscription management and recurring billing, we spoke to founders, CROs, heads of revenue and finance, and other industry leaders from organizations across SaaS, eCommerce, and Publishing with $25M-500M+ ARR. Nearly all (80%) of them have mostly recurring or completely recurring revenue, and more than half (63%) operate in multiple countries and regions.
The research methodology included in-depth 1:1 interviews and surveys with professionals with direct experience in purchasing, selecting, implementing and/or using tools for recurring revenue and subscription management.
